Deposit through Telegraphic Transfer/Wire Transfer

TriumphFX will waive your Telegraphic Transfer/Wire Transfer Intermediary Bank Charges depends on the amount of fund transferred.

For any deposit equivalent or above 500.00 USD, TriumphFX will reimburse the Intermediary Bank Charges up to a maximum of 70.00 USD. However, any Local Bank Charges incurred by the sending bank will not be reimbursed.

For example: You deposited 500.00 USD through Wire Transfer. Your local bank charged 10.00 USD processing fee in which you will have to pay on top of the 500.00 USD deposit amount. The 500.00 USD is then transferred from your sending bank to our intermediary bank. The Intermediary Banks charged another 30.00 USD. Deposit received by TriumphFX will be 470.00 USD.

After verification that you have deposited 500.00 USD, our Accounts Department will waive the Intermediary Bank Charges of 30.00 USD and reimburse back to your trading account. You will get a total of 500.00 USD after reimbursement.

Procedures

If you would like to deposit funds to your trading account, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your own Traders Room account, select "Deposits" under “My Account”, and then select "Online Deposit" tab.
2. Select your preferred options: Online transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Alipay, Cryptocurrency or others.
3. Fill in the deposit details and follow the steps to complete the deposit.

Terms & Conditions

Your deposits will be processed within 2-3 business days from the day your funds were sent from your bank account. After confirmation of your deposits, your funds will be immediately credited into your trading account.

Intermediary Bank Charges

For any deposit equivalent or above 500.00 USD, TriumphFX will reimburse the Intermediary Bank Charges up to a maximum of 70.00 USD. However, any Local Bank Charges incurred by the sending bank will not be reimbursed.

Important Information

Please read through the following information before making a deposit:

1. Check carefully the commission charged for the transfer. Your bank may not notify you of additional commissions incurred through use of a correspondent bank.
2. Be careful when filling out the “Recipient” field. If you fill out this field incorrectly, the bank we work with will have to undertake a lengthy process to fix the mistake. Your bank will charge you some fee for amendments.
3. TriumphFX reserves the right to reject a deposit to your TriumphFX account if you have not provided TriumphFX with your signed application to open an account and a copy of your passport/ID or if the funds have been transferred on behalf of a third party. In these cases, TriumphFX will be forced to return the funds to the bank account from which they were transferred.
4. All costs incurred will be at the expense of the client.
5. Transfers from third parties are not accepted. Funds that are not accepted are returned to the sender.

Procedures

If you would like to withdraw funds from your trading account, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your own Traders Room account, select "Withdrawals" under “My Account”, and then select "New Withdrawal" tab.
2. Fill in the withdrawal details.
3. Submit the withdrawal request and wait for approval.

It will take 2-5 business days to process your request.

Intermediary Bank Charges

All withdrawals are subjected to intermediary bank charges ranging from 25 USD to 75 USD per transaction.

Important Information

Please read through the following information before making a withdrawal:

1. The intermediary bank charges stated above are only for the sending banks.
2. All fees charged by intermediary banks or receiving banks in the transaction will be automatically deducted from your withdrawal amount by the relevant bank.
3. Therefore, do ensure the requested withdrawal amount is adequate to cater for the intermediary bank charges.
4. You may only request to withdraw funds back to the bank account with the same beneficiary name as your Traders Room, no 3rd party transfer is allowed.
5. Be extra cautious when filling out the withdrawal details, pay close attention to the payment details. If any mistake is made, the bank may require you to verify your information.
6. TriumphFX will only process the withdrawal via wire transfer in fiat and supported cryptocurrencies.
